Don Bosco Academy

Our History

Founded in 1956 in Bacolor and transferred to Mabalacat in 1996, Don Bosco Academy has been home to numerous Bosconians forming them to be the best that they can be, giving them education that is holistic, Catholic and Salesian, all in an environment of family. Inspired and guided by St. John Bosco, father, teacher and friend of the young, and his pedagogy, the Educative Pastoral Community of DBA continue to educate and evangelize the youth of Pampanga, inculcating in them the CORE VALUES of the Institution…

Spirituality “We love our God; We grow in faith.”
Heroism “We sacrifice ourselves for others in need.”
Integrity “We fight for what is good and right.”
Excellence “We give our best in all we do.”
Leadership “We lead and serve with holy joy.”
and Discipline “We live with virtue day after day.”

Don Bosco Academy is Family

Don Bosco believes in the Preventive System of education which is based on REASON, RELIGION and RAPPORT. We hone the mind, nourish the soul and affect the heart so Bosconians become the better versions of themselves. We make them live and grow in a family environment where love, compassion and service, rooted in their faith in God and devotion to Mary, Help of Christians, are valued and experienced as family. DBA becomes their second home.

Bosconians play, learn and pray with both their peers and their mentors, thus grow in body, mind, heart and soul. DBA is blessed with a campus that is rich with resources for this -- chapel, classrooms and laboratories, fields, courts, a pool, canteens and cafe, libraries and halls, programs for servant-leadership, Christian living, retreats, youth camps, music, arts and sports development, and the likes.
